John Brandon Burns

John Brandon Burns, 31, London, Ohio passed away Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at Dayton, Ohio. He was born October 28, 1984 in Marion, Ohio to the late Colen Arthur Burns and Jennifer Louise Guzman. He was a member of VFW, Dayton, Ohio; DAV, Dayton, Ohio and attended Vinton Baptist Church. He married Lexy Sowards September 24, 2010 in Vinton, Ohio and she survives.
John is also survived by his children, Kaylen and Karter, London, Ohio; brothers: Christopher Burns and Andrew (Jeanie) Burns; sister, Sarah Burns; aunt, Jacqueline Smith; nephews: Collin Burns-Wine, Tristan Burns and Lathem Burns; niece, Madison Burns; paternal grandfather, Clarence (Gail) Burns and maternal grandfather, Thomas C. (Pat) Judd; brother-in-law, Travis Tapply and special family member, Jennett Ousley.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by maternal grandmother, Nancy Jane Judd and paternal grandmother, Carol Scheff Burns.
Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 AM Saturday, June 18, 2016 at His Way Community Church, Main Street, Vinton, Ohio with Rev. Chester Hess officiating. Burial will follow in Vinton Memorial Park. Friends may call at the church Friday 4:00– 6:00 PM.
