Juanita Olive (Bowen) Oiler

Juanita Olive Oiler, 60, Vinton, Ohio passed away unexpectedly late Wednesday night in Holzer Medical Center, Gallipolis. She was born March 19, 1948 in West Virginia, daughter of the late Charles and Betty Jean Ellis Bowen.
Olive is survived by her husband, Thurman Oiler and five children: Betty Oiler and Teresa Oiler, Vinton; Stephanie (Jody) Viars, Gallipolis; Rebecca Oiler, Vinton and Jaime (Bill) Dillon, Vinton. Also surviving are five grandchildren: Christian and Christopher Viars, Gallipolis; Billy, Jessi and Wil Dillon, Vinton; eight brothers and sisters: Mark (Tina) Bowen, Gallipolis; James (Daffney) Bowen, Vinton; Charles (Jeanette) Bowen, Gallipolis; Charles Edward Bowen, Vinton; Mary (Larry) Henderson, Charlotte, North Carolina; Reeda Bowen, Rita Carpenter and Ruth Eggers, all of Vinton; and special friends, Betty Stewart, Gallipolis and Buddy (Gail) Eggers, Gallipolis.
She was a member of the Vinton Full Gospel Church.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Saturday, August 30, 2008 in the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Vinton with Pastor Robert Parsons officiating. Burial will be in the Ellis Family Cemetery near Vinton. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday, 6:00-8:00 PM.
