June Ilene (Mcglothlin) Argabright

June Ilene Argabright, 90, Gallipolis, Ohio passed away Wednesday June 10, 2009 at her residence. She was born June 15, 1918 in Arnoldsburg, West Virginia, daughter of the late Ada McCulty McGlothlin. She was a member of the Vinton Baptist Church and had attended Faith Baptist Church, Rodney. In addition, she was a member of the Vinton American Legion Auxiliary, Post 161, for forty-four years.
June is survived by her husband of sixty-eight years, Ishmael E. "Ish" Argabright and four children: Raymond "Gene" Argabright, Kannapolis, North Carolina; Velma (Justin) Williams, Judith Perry, Gallipolis, Ohio and Paula (Keith) Saunders, Bidwell, Ohio; eleven grandchildren: Jill, Jay, and Mark Argabright; Vicki Beach, Lisa Isaacs, Lori Prendergast, Melissa Jones, Justin Williams, Susan Hopkins, Jessie and Pete Saunders; nineteen great-grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren.
In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by two grandsons, Jeffrey Eugene Glenn and Timothy Ray Glenn.
Private Graveside services will be conducted in the Vinton Memorial Park. Friends may call at the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Wetherholt Chapel, Gallipolis Friday 5:00-8:00 PM.
