Karen Sue (Figgins) Ragland

Karen Sue Figgins Ragland, 70, Bidwell, Ohio passed away Tuesday, October 11, 2022 in St. Mary's Medical Center, Huntington, West Virginia. Karen was born July 22, 1952 in Gallia County, Ohio, daughter of the late Maurice E. Figgins and Margaret (Smith) Figgins. She married Ellison Ragland August 21, 1971 in Portsmouth, Ohio and he survives.

Others surviving include brothers, Gary Figgins, Gallipolis, Ohio and Donald (Teresa) Figgins, Crown City, Ohio; sister, Linda Scott, Gallipolis, Ohio; nephews and nieces: Michael (Tayler) Scott, Chris (Mackenzie James) Ripley, Mindy (James) Griffin and Missy (Charlton) Armstrong; brother-in-law, Donald Ragland, sister-in-law, Portia Ragland and several extended family members.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant brother and niece, Liberty Coleman.

Visitation will be held 5:00-7:00 PM Friday, October 14, 2022 in the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Wetherholt Chapel, Gallipolis, Ohio. Cremation services will follow per Karen's wishes.
