Kathleen (Brumfield) Slager

Kathleen Slager, 76, Vinton, Ohio (Ewington Community) passed away Friday March 28, 2003 in Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus. She was born November 4, 1926 at Gallia County, daughter of the late Emmett and Elizabeth Ribich Brumfield. She was a member of the Church in Christian Union, Ewington. She was an office clerk and housewife. She married Eddie L. Slager February 7, 1948 and he preceded her in death.
Kathleen is survived by two sons, Michael (Vickie) Slager, El Monte, California and Christopher (Peggy) Slager, Pollock Pines, California as well as six grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by four brothers and three sisters: James, William, Joseph and Noah Brumfield, Willia Tomlinson, Bertha Dillon and Mary Bennett.
Graveside services will be held 1:00 PM Tuesday April 1, 2003 in the Crown City Cemetery with Rev. Mike Puckett officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Vinton.
