Kenny Ralph Knotts, 74, of Vinton, Ohio, passed away Friday, May 1, 2026, in Holzer Medical Center, Gallipolis, Ohio. Kenny loved life – he was a loving husband, father and grandfather who adored spending his time with all of them.

He was born May 27, 1951, in Vinton, son of the late Robert and Beulah (Shenefield) Knotts. A United States Army Veteran, he was married to Vivian Knotts, who survives.

Also surviving are children Craig (Heather) Knotts, Centerburg, Ohio and Carla (Chad) Evans, Cape Coral, Florida; grandsons, Chad Evans II and Caleb (Destinee) Evans; sister, Nancy (Tim) Hall, Whitehall, Ohio and several nieces, nephews and extended family members.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded by brothers and sisters, John Knotts, Bob Knotts, Lee Knotts, Goldie Nelson and Jean Graham.

A Celebration of Life will be announced at the convenience of the family. Cremation services are under the direction of the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Vinton Chapel, who is honored to serve the Knotts Family.
