Larry Edward Forth

Larry Edward Forth, 37, Winchester, California passed away Thursday, March 2, 2006 in Norman, Oklahoma. He was the son of Michael and Beverly Timmons Forth, Crown City, Ohio. A truck driver for U.S. Express, Larry was a 1987 graduate of Cypress High School, Cypress, California.
He is survived by three brothers: James Botelho, Tejunga, California; Master Sgt. Michael Botelho, Kuwait and Joseph (Chandra) Botelho, Oregon; sister, Stephanie (Steve) Ward, Winchester, California; aunt, Eileene King, Missouri; uncle, Dennis (Amy) Priddy, Georgia and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his paternal and maternal grandparents.
Graveside services will be conducted at 1:00 PM Friday, March 10, 2006 at Crown City Cemetery, Crown City, Ohio. Arrangements are under the direction of McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, 420 First Ave., Gallipolis, Ohio.
