Larry Wayne Goble

Larry W. Goble, 71, Vinton, Ohio passed away at his home surrounded by his family Tuesday, May 29, 2018.  He was born in Riverside, West Virginia May 10, 1947 to the late Edgel and Goldie Keenan Goble.  He married Cheryl Diane Goble and she preceded him in death January 27, 2003.

Larry was a Life Member of United Mine Workers Association.  He loved spending time listening and playing music with his family and friends.

Larry is survived by son, Shawn (Tammy) Goble, Ewington, Ohio; daughters, Shannon Goble and Amy Goble, both of Vinton, Ohio; grandchildren: Keenan, Samantha and Brandon (Amanda) Goble; great-grandchildren:  Zachariah, Brayden, Dawson and Emma Goble, Aaron and Kaiden Wright; brothers, Bill Goble, Syracuse, Ohio and Joe Goble, Missouri; sisters:  Betty (Jerry) Lanham, Valley City, Ohio; Bonnie Laurie, North Olmstead, Ohio; Linda (Buddy) Osborne, Parma, Ohio and Mary O'Connor, Strongsville, Ohio and special nephews, Kevin and Tommy Goble and Greg Lanham.

In addition to his parents and wife Larry was preceded in death by grandson, Matthew Wright; brother, Raymond Goble; sister, Brenda Reschke; father-in-law, Albert Sauer and mother-in-law, Lucille Sauer.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M., Friday, June 1, 2018 at the McCoy Moore Funeral Home, Vinton Chapel.  Graveside services at 3:00 P.M. at Keenan Cemetery, Nicholas County, West Virginia.  Family and friends may call at the funeral home Thursday from 5:00-7:00 P.M.
