Larry W. Phelps, 42, Gallipolis, Ohio, passed away January 7, 2004 at his residence. He was born November 30, 1961, son of the late William and Estie Adkins Phelps. He was a member of Sons of the American Legion and of the Moose Lodge, Pt. Pleasant, West Virginia.
He is survived by his wife, Kim Robbins-Phelps, Gallipolis; two brothers, Greg Phelps, Richmond, Virginia and William Adkins, Johnson City, Tennessee; two sisters, Linda Miller, Felton, Delaware and Brenda Ludwig, Charlotte, North Carolina; Mother-in-law, Ruth D. Robbins, Gallipolis and Father-in-law, Ralph T. Robbins, Gallipolis; Maternal Grandmother, Geraldine Fleshchman, Richmond, Virginia; Brother-in-law, Rob Robbins, Gallipolis; Nephews, Taylor and Josh Robbins, Lima, Ohio; Ian Miller, Felton, Delaware; and Nieces, Kristen Miller, Felton, Delaware and Aleicha Phelps, Richmond, Virginia.
A Memorial service will be conducted 1:00 PM Monday, January 12, 2004 in the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Wetherholt Chapel, Gallipolis with Pastor Bob Fulton, Officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home Monday, 12:00 -1:00 PM.
