Linda Lee (Thomas) Woerner
February 8, 1939 — March 20, 2016
Linda L. Woerner, 77, Gallipolis, Ohio passed away Sunday, March 20, 2016 in her residence. The daughter of the late Arthur and Susie (Childers) Thomas, she was born in Zanesville, Ohio February 8, 1939. She enjoyed and took pride in her housekeeping abilities and working in her garden and flowerbeds; yet, most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her family.
Linda was a beloved mother to her three children who survive: Cathy (Martin) Dean, Tampa, Florida; Rick (Nancy) Woerner and Dale (Vicki) Woerner, both of Scottown, Ohio. Also surviving are five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; brother, Dean (Norma) Thomas, Zanesville, Ohio; sisters: Ruth Niceswanger, Zanesville and Anne Powers, Marion, Ohio.
In addition to her parents, Linda was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Weldon Woerner and brother and sister, Sonny Thomas and Norma Stoneburner.
Private services are under the direction of the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Wetherholt Chapel, Gallipolis with honor of serving the Woerner Family.
