Linda Faye (Workman) Mccarty

Linda Faye McCarty, 65, Vinton, Ohio passed away Friday, October 27, 2017 in the comfort of her own home. She was born July 14, 1952 at Logan, West Virginia, daughter of the late Lawrence and Sarah (Dalton) Workman. Linda loved making her home and raising her family as well as working in her flower gardens and caring for her "mini-doxins" - Zoey, Tinkerbell and Max.
Linda leaves behind to cherish her memory her husband, Mike McCarty, Vinton and sons: Chris (Stacy) McCarty, Vinton and Rick (Juanita) McCarty, Rio Grande, Ohio; granddaughter, Kendra McCarty, Rio Grande and a host of nieces, nephews and extended family members.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sister, Eula Mae Stapleton and brother, Ronnie Workman.
Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 PM Wednesday, November 1, 2017 in the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Vinton Chapel. Burial will follow in Vinton Memorial Park. Friends and family may call at the funeral home Wednesday 11:00 AM to the time of service.
