Lola Chapman

Lola "Leann" Chapman, 36, Vinton, Ohio passed away Saturday, July 4, 2015 at Cabell-Huntington Hospital following an extended illness. She was born November 18, 1978 at Point Pleasant, West Virginia to Lola Lou Chapman Conn, Vinton, Ohio and the late Charles Palmer Smith.
Leann is survived by her mother, Lola Conn and step-father, Jeff Conn; sister, Crystal Dawn Burgess, Vinton, Ohio; half-sisters: Shannon Smith and Rebecca Smith, both of Illinois and Laura Smith, Texas; half-brothers: Ernest Chapman, Vinton, Ohio; Charles Napier, Kenton, Ohio and Charles Smith, Matthew Smith, and Robert Smith, all of Illinois; two nephews and one great nephew.
In addition to her father she was preceded in death by half-brothers, Charles Smith and Charles A. Smith and half-sister, Wendy Chapman.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Wednesday, July 8, 2015 at the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Vinton Chapel. Friends may call 12:00 Noon to the time of service.
