Marilyn M. (Thompson) Halfhill

Marilyn M. Halfhill, 73, Bidwell, Ohio passed away Saturday, October 2, 2021 at Ohio State University Hospital, Columbus, Ohio. She was born in Meigs County, Ohio May 7, 1948 to the late Franklin C. and Lula M. Oldaker Thompson. Marilyn married Kenneth Halfhill February 25, 1965 in Middleport, Ohio and he survives. She attended the Morgan Center Holiness Church, Vinton, Ohio.

Those left behind to cherish her memory in addition to her husband, Kenneth are their children, Jeff Halfhill, Bidwell, Ohio and Bradley (Betty) Halfhill, Jackson, Ohio; four grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; brother, Rev. Mike (Wanda) Thompson, Bidwell, Ohio and sisters, Joan Edwards, Gallipolis, Ohio and Ruth Chiles, Middleport, Ohio as well as several brothers-in-laws and sisters-in-laws.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by brothers, Wayne and Dave Thompson.

Funeral services will be held 12:00 PM Thursday, October 7, 2021 at the Morgan Center Holiness Church with Pastor Ted Russell officiating.  Burial will follow at Morgan Center Cemetery, Bidwell, Ohio. Family and friends may call at the church Thursday beginning at 11:00 AM until the time of service. The McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Vinton Chapel, is honored to serve the Halfhill Family.
