Mary Frances (Jacks) Harless
February 8, 1926 — July 6, 2015
Mary Frances Harless, 89, Vinton, Ohio passed away Monday, July 6, 2015 at home surrounded by her family. She was born February 8, 1926, the daughter of the late Benjamin and Lula Jane Might Jacks. She was a member of Wilkesville Church of Christ, a loving mother and grandmother.
She is survived by four sons: Robert (Cary) Harless, Vinton, Ohio; Raymond (Pamela) Harless, Ft. Pierce, Florida; James (Berdie) Harless, Vinton, Ohio and Danny (Frances) Harless, Jacobsburg, Ohio; ten grandchildren: Christy, Steven, Jennifer, Timothy, Jerime, Michelle, Stella, Jamie, Kelly and Daniel; twenty great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild; one brother and two sisters.
In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Sydney P. Harless, who she married October 9, 1945 and three brothers.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Thursday, July 9, 2015, at the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Vinton Chapel with Brother Ronnie Wright officiating. Burial will follow in Vinton Memorial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home Wednesday 5:00-8:00 PM.
