Mary Elizabeth (Williams) Yoho

Mary Elizabeth Williams Yoho, 89, passed away January 21, 2011 at the Imogene Dolen Jones Hospice House of Huntington, West Virginia. She was born July 18, 1921 to Ernest and Lessie (Rollyson) Williams in Cabell County, West Virginia and was a member of the Simpson Chapel United Methodist Church of Rio Grande, Ohio, where she leaves behind a loving church family.
Mary is survived by two daughters: Sara (Richard) Northup and Mary Jo (Charles) Jones, both of Rio Grande; five grandchildren, Patrick (Sharon) Northup, Charlottesville, Virginia; Zac (Melissa) Northup, Teays Valley, West Virginia; Noel (Ben) Jorgensen, Palmyra, Virginia; Todd (Jennifer) Jones and Clayton (Amy) Jones, both of Grove City, Ohio; nine great-grandchildren; two brothers, Warren (DeeDee) Williams, Glenwood, West Virginia and Gary (Peggy) Williams, Rio Grande; one sister, Lorena Bryan, Ona, West Virginia; sisters-in-law, Aurelia Williams, Geneva Shaffer, Bettie Rhodes and Margie Perry; numerous loving nieces, nephews and extended family members.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Denver Clayton Yoho, two brothers, Arvil and James Williams, and two sisters, Fay Hanna and Alberta Smith.
Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday, January 25, 2011 at the Simpson Chapel United Methodist Church, Rio Grande, with Rev. David Young and Rev. Jack Berry officiating. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery. Friends and family may call Monday, January 24 at the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Wetherholt Chapel, 420 First Ave, Gallipolis from 4:00 - 8:00 PM and one hour prior to services on Tuesday.
