Matthew Bryan Martin

Matthew Bryan Martin, 28, Gallipolis, Ohio passed away Sunday, February 8, 2015 in Holzer Medical Center, Gallipolis, Ohio. Born April 4, 1986 in Gallipolis, he was the son of Bryan and Mitzi (Dean) Martin, Bidwell, Ohio. He was a 2004 graduate of River Valley High School and served as Lance Corporal in the United States Marine Corp.
In addition to his parents he is survived by sisters: Brea Lynnae (Jonathan) Elliott and Megan Christine Martin, both of Porter, Ohio; paternal grandmother, Leah A. Martin, Porter; paternal great-grandmother, Rachel Sumner, Henderson, West Virginia; aunts: Tamie (Dave) Tatman, Iowa and Lisa (Dwayne) Avans, Cleveland, Tennessee; uncles: Michael (Stephanie) Dean, Columbus, Ohio and Martin (Cathy) Dean, Tampa, Florida and nephew, Cyrus Elliott, Porter.
A Gathering of Friends will be conducted Thursday, February 12, 2015 at The Martin Residence, 254 Porter Road, Bidwell from 4:00-7:00 PM. The McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Wetherholt Chapel, Gallipolis is honored to serve the Martin Family.
