Michael Richard Botelho

Michael R. Botelho, 58, Proctorville, Ohio passed away March 28, 2018. He was born September 28, 1959 at Torrance, California, son of Beverly Timmons Forth, Crown City, Ohio and the late James Botelho. A United States Army Veteran, he retired from service after thirty years in October 2010. He was a member of Barboursville American Legion Post 177, Veterans of Foreign Wars and a member of the DAV.

Michael is survived by his mother, Beverly as well as his wife, Bobbi (Davis) Botelho, Proctorville, Ohio and children: Matthew Anthony Botelho, San Bernardino, California and Kathleen Botelho, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii; brothers: Jimmy Botelho Jr., Stockton, California and Joe (Chandra) Botelho, California and sister, Stephanie Forth (Steve) Ward, California.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his beloved step-father, Michael Forth and brother, Larry Forth.

Graveside services will be conducted 12:00 Noon Wednesday, April 18, 2018 in Crown City Cemetery, Crown City, Ohio. The McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Wetherholt Chapel, Gallipolis, Ohio is honored to serve the Botelho Family.
