Monica (Maynard) Davis

Monica Davis, 60, Gallipolis, Ohio passed away Friday May 10, 2019 in Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus, Ohio. She was born June 1, 1958 in Chillicothe, Ohio, daughter of Ethel (Oney) Maynard, Gallipolis, Ohio and the late Sesco Maynard. She was employed for fifteen years with Robbins and Myers as an Operator. Monica enjoyed spending time sewing, baking and loving her family. She was a member of the Community Christian Fellowship Church, Thurman, Ohio.

She is survived by her husband Kenny Davis, Gallipolis Ohio; step-children: Steven Davis and Kendra Davis; sister, Lisa (Bill) McCoy, Rio Grande Ohio; nephew, Joey (Courtney) Toppings, New Kent, Virginia; Special friends: Tammy (Bracy) Korn, Johnathan Shepherd and Brittany Angel.

Funeral service will be conducted 1:00 PM Monday, May13, 2019 in the McCoy- Moore Funeral Home, Wetherholt Chapel, Gallipolis, Ohio. Burial will follow  in Centenary Cemetery, Gallipolis. Friends and family may call at the funeral home Monday 11:00 AM until time of service at 1:00 PM.
