Monica Sherry (Shifflett) Swick

Monica Sherry Swick, 54, Bidwell, passed away Wednesday September 3, 2008, at Holzer Medical Center, Jackson. She was born April 10, 1954 in Nutter Fort, West Virginia, daughter of Benjamin Shifflett, Walkersville, West Virginia and the late Ellen Marie Blair. She was a homemaker and attended Garden of My Heart Holy Tabernacle Church, Bidwell.
Monica is survived by her husband, Donald Swick, Bidwell and son, Rick (Michelle) Wartman, Canton; seven grandchildren; two brothers: Mark (Debbie) Wiseman and Tommy (Lori) Wiseman, both of Canton and sister, Barbara Beegle.
In addition to her mother, Monica was preceded in death by her stepfather, Bill Wiseman.
Graveside services were conducted 2:00 P.M. today in the Fairview Cemetery, Bidwell, with Pastor Ted Glassburn and Pastor Rodney Walker officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Vinton.
