Patricia Ann (Maddox) Curtis

Patricia Ann Curtis, 64, Columbus, Ohio passed away Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at Mount Carmel West Hospital, Columbus, Ohio. She was born February 23, 1951, the daughter of late Arlie Maddox and Betty Jones Casto, who survives.
Also surviving are her husband, Arnold William Curtis and three sons: Arnold William (Patty) Curtis, Jr., Columbus, Ohio; Arlie Eugene (Rhonda) Curtis, Bidwell, Ohio and James Allen (Donita) Curtis, Bidwell, Ohio; her grandchildren: Haley Curtis, Makayla (Jesse) Partlow, Ryan Curtis, Brett (Cassidy Craycraft) Curtis, Shestan (Daniel) Craycraft, Charena Curtis, Tasha Lester, Cory (Tabitha) Curtis, Austin McClintic and Jayden Curtis; ten great-grandchildren and sister, Jacquelin Betts, Columbus, Ohio.
In addition to her father, Patricia was preceded in death by her step-father, Robert Casto; grandson, Holdon Curtis; daughter-in-law, Deanna Kruskamp and sister, Teresa Wines.
Funeral services will be held 12:00 Noon Monday, May 18, 2015 at the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Vinton Chapel. Burial will follow in the Pine Grove Cemetery, Vinton, Ohio. Friends may call from 11:00 AM-12:00 prior to service.
