Phillip Hank Doss, Jr.

Phillip Hank Doss, Jr., 7, of Gallipolis, Ohio passed away Monday, April 14, 2025, at his residence. Phillip was born October 6, 2017, in Gallipolis, son of Phillip Steven Doss, Gallipolis and the late Lora Suzanna Schuman.

A 1st grade student at Washington Elementary School, Gallipolis, his favorite things included car and trucks, demolition derby and "hugs".

Phillip will be dearly missed by his father, Phillip Steven Doss; his sisters, Elizabeth Doss Queen and Brooklyn Doss and brother, Jaxxson Doss; grandfather, Phillip T. Doss, Crown City, Ohio and grandmother, Carol (Jerry) Lewis, Gallipolis, Ohio.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Lora Suzanna Schuman; brother, Justin Jay "J.J." Doss; sister, Elsa Nicole Doss and uncle Brian Adam Doss.

Private services were held in Ridgelawn Cemetery, Mercerville, Ohio under the direction of the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Wetherholt Chapel, Gallipolis, who is honored to serve the Doss Family.
