Phillip Randall "Phil" Dobbins

Phillip Randall "Phil" Dobbins, 42, Bidwell, passed away unexpectedly at his residence Friday, October 3, 2008. He was a 1985 graduate of North Gallia High School and Buckeye Hills Career Center. He was employed by Commercial Floor Care of Bidwell.
Phil is survived by his wife, Rochelle Conwell Dobbins, and one daughter, Megan Calene Dobbins. Also surviving are his parents, Joseph F. Dobbins Jr. and Frances Thompson Dobbins, Bidwell; brother and sister, Danny (Monica) Dobbins, Bidwell and Pat (Greg) Davison, Bidwell; paternal grandmohter, Mary Dobbins, Bidwell; mother-in-law, Rhonda (Jim) Coons, Fort Wayne, Indiana; brother-in-law, Tim Conwell, Crown City; sister-in-law, Cynthia Bennett Oldacre, Chillicothe; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Leonard Dobbins.
Services will be 1:00 PM Tuesday, October 7, 2008 at the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Wetherholt Chapel, Gallipolis. Cremation will follow. Friends may call at the funeral home from 6:00-8:00 PM Monday October 6, 2008.
