Rebecca N. (Metz) Moore

Rebecca N. Moore, 72, Vinton, Ohio (Rio Grande Community) passed away Friday morning January 14, 2005 in Holzer Medical Center, Gallipolis. She was born August 29, 1932 in Franklin County, Ohio, daughter of the late Edward Metz and Naomi Sutherland Metz.
She married Ray O. Moore on November 9, 1947, in Gallipolis, and he survives with two sons, Ray (Lawana) Moore, Vinton, Ohio and George (Sheila) Moore, Jackson, Ohio; two daughters, Naomi (Jay) Queen, Delaware, Ohio and Shirley (Steven) Draper, Columbus, Ohio; five grandchildren; several great-grandchildren, three brothers and sisters: George Scott, Grove City, Ohio, Bobbie Scott, Whitehall, Ohio, Kermit Scott, Columbus, Ohio, Isabel Taylor and Shirley Skaggs, Columbus, Ohio.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Connie Dysart.
Funeral services will be held Sunday 4:00 PM in the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Vinton, with Rev. Heath Jenkins officiating. Burial will be in the Calvary Cemetery, Rio Grande. Friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday, 6:00-8:00 PM.
