Robert "Bob" Lee Barrett

Robert "Bob" Lee Barrett, 66, Danville, Ohio passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, November 9, 2004 at his residence. He was born December 8, 1937 at Meigs County, Ohio, son of the late William and Bertha Williams Barrett. He retired from Athens State Hospital, Athens, Ohio in 1985 with twenty-one years of service.
He married Sandra Kincaid August 17, 1963 in Wilkesville, Ohio and she survives with three daughters: Karen D. (Tim) Mullins, Langsville, Ohio; Gloria A. Barrett, Langsville, Ohio and Bobbi L. (Richard) Newland, Langsville, Ohio; six grandchildren: Timothy R. Mullins, Langsville; Kassandra D. Mullins, Langsville; Richard David Lucas Newland, Langsville; Kaitlynn Ann Grace Newland, Langsville; Melissa D. (Brian) Plow, Athens; Jeremy L. (Nikki) Mullins, Jackson, Ohio; one great-grandchild, Alexa Mae Mullins, Jackson; one sister, Mae Nelson, Middleport, Ohio and one brother, Wesley Barrett, Middleport, Ohio.
He was preceded in death by sister, Helen Metheney and brother, Bruce Barrett.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Friday, November 12, 2004 at McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Vinton Chapel, 208 Main St, Vinton, Ohio with Brother Tim Mullins and Brother Paul Knisley officiating. Burial will follow at Salem Center Cemetery, Salem Center, Ohio. Friends may call at the funeral home Thursday 4:00-7:00 PM.
