Robert Lewis Williams

Robert Lewis Williams, 76, Gallipolis, Ohio passed away Wednesday, October 20, 2021 in the Holzer Medical Center, Gallipolis, Ohio. Born October 1, 1945, he was the son of the late Theodore Washington and Helen Williams.  Robert was a United States Army Veteran serving during the Vietnam Conflict and recipient of the National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, and Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal.

Bob married his love, Florence Mae Scott Williams April 10, 1964 in Gallipolis, and she survives with their children: Marie Kuhn, Virginia Beach, Virginia; Melanie Williams, Bobby Williams, both of Gallipolis, Ohio and Brian Keith Williams, Chillicothe, Ohio; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, brothers and sisters; special sister, Wanda Young and a host of extended family members and friends.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by grandson, Brian Williams Jr.

Private services will be conducted at the convenience of the family. Cremation services will be under the direction of the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Wetherholt Chapel, Gallipolis, Ohio, who is honored to serve the Williams Family.
