Ronial Jividen

Ronial Jividen, 88, Cheshire, Ohio passed away in Holzer Medical Center, Gallipolis, Ohio Sunday, January 4, 2015. He was born March 26, 1926, at Liberty, West Virginia, son of the late Edward and Bessie Bales Jividen. He was a self-employed concrete mason; World War II Army Veteran and a recipient of the Purple Heart Medal who had served in the Philippines. He was a Life Member of the Fenney Bennett American Legion Post 128, Middleport, Ohio; a member of the Gallipolis VFW Post 4464, Gallipolis and a Fifty Year Plus member of the Cheshire Siloam F&AM Lodge 456 who also attended the River of Life United Methodist Church of Addison, Addison Ohio.
Ronial is survived by his wife of sixty-six years, Iris Casto Jividen and son, David (Linda) Jividen, Medina, Ohio. Also surviving are two granddaughters, five great-grandchildren and brother, Lester (Margie) Jividen, Eleanor, West Virginia.
He was preceded in death by two sons and eight brothers and sisters.
Graveside services will be held 11:00 AM Thursday, January 8, 2015 in the Gravel Hill Cemetery, Cheshire, Ohio with Rev. Larry Fisher officiating. Military Graveside Rites will be conducted by the Middleport Feeney Bennett American Legion Post 128. Friends may call at the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Wetherholt Chapel, Gallipolis Wednesday, January 7, 2015 5:00 - 8:00 PM.
