R.S. Gamble Grant, 36, Bokeelia, Florida passed away at his residence Saturday, March 5, 2005. He was a 1989 graduate of Gallia Academy High School, had attended Marshall University, and had worked as a surveyor. He was born October 18, 1968 in St. Charles, Illinois to William T. Grant and Margaret Akers Grant who survive and reside in Bokeelia, Florida. He married Liza McClenithan December 22, 2004 at Pine Island, Florida and she survives.
Also surviving are his children Tiffany, Adrian, and Tyler Grant, Pt. Pleasant, West Virginia; two stepchildren, Brenton and Trevor Thomas, Bokeelia, Florida; brother, Shaun Grant, Cape Coral, Florida; half-brother and half-sister, Dan Roberts, Sarasota, Florida and Joan Roberts, Betendorf, Iowa.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Friday February 11, 2005 in the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Vinton, with Pastor Frank Akers officiating. Burial will follow in the Vinton Memorial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home one hour prior to the service Friday.
