Ruby (Ramey) Pratt Workman

Ruby Pratt Workman, 80, Gallipolis, Ohio passed away Saturday, December 25, 2021 in her home following a lengthy illness. Ruby was born October 8, 1941 in Knott County, Kentucky, daughter of the late Kendall and Alice (Jacobs) Ramey. She was a member of Deer Creek Free Will Baptist Church and enjoyed sewing, gardening and traveling.

Those surviving are her daughters, Missy (Todd) Wooten, Gallipolis, Ohio and Karen (Kevin) Paskawych, Marietta, Ohio; grandchildren: Cory Mason, Cade Mason, Brandon Humphrey and Victoria Humphrey; stepson, Greg Pratt; sisters: Jewell Hale and Gaye Edwards.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husbands Frank A. Pratt and Lawrence Workman; brothers: Talmadge Ramey, Howard Ramey and Ted Ramey and sisters: Grace Hughes, Faye Hall, Ruth Childers, Juanita Sibley, Gertrude Waddles, Blanche Martin, Cuba Lambert and Lucille Sloan.

Graveside services will be conducted Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at 11:00 AM in the Vinton Memorial Park, Vinton, Ohio. In accordance with Ruby's wishes, there will be no visitation.
