Ruby Jean (Webb) Marcum

Ruby Jean Marcum, 81, Vinton, Ohio passed away Friday June 23, 2017 at Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus, Ohio. She was born in Lovely, Kentucky October 8, 1935 to the late Ermal and Frankie Booth Webb. Ruby married Billie J. Marcum at Richmond, Indiana June 2, 1956 and he preceded her in death December 25, 2012. She was a member of Victory Lighthouse Church, Oak Hill, Ohio.
Ruby is survived by sons Kevin (Judy) Marcum, Vinton, Ohio and Darrell Marcum, Thurman, Ohio; eight grandchildren: Kara (Todd) Ragan, Bidwell, Ohio; Robin (James) Gruber, Bidwell, Ohio; Erin Marcum, Vinton, Ohio; Christiana (Josh) Long, Pliney, West Virginia; Kevin Williams, Gallipolis, Ohio; Hana Marcum, Thurman, Ohio; Brad (Crystal) Marcum, Gallipolis, Ohio and Jennifer Bias, Virginia; twenty-four great-grandchildren; sister, Phillis (Dave) Schaller, New Salisbury, Indiana; sister-in-law, Helen Webb, Lovely, Kentucky; brothers-in-law, Hollie Marcum, Vinton, Ohio and David (Evonna) Marcum, Lake Wales, Florida and sisters-in-law: Mary Block, Vinton, Ohio and Sarah (Donald) Israel, Vinton, Ohio.
In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by four brothers and two sisters.
Cremation services are under the direction of the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Vinton Chapel. Memorial Services will be announced at a later date.
