Ruth Anna (Mcmillan) Vargas

Ruth Anna McMillin Vargas, 54, Gallipolis, Ohio passed away in her residence Thursday, January 14, 2016. Born August 3, 1961 in Point Pleasant, West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Homer and Nora (Chapman) McMillin.
Ruth is survived by her common law husband, Jessie Johnson, Gallipolis; brothers: Thomas W. Donnally, Carl McMillin, Bob McMillin and Joe McMillin, all of West Palm Beach, Florida and Homer McMillin, Jr., Gallipolis; sisters: Jean (Mike) Kelly, West Palm Beach, Florida; Elizabeth Donnally, Gallipolis; Norma (Robert) Yates, Porter, Ohio; Janice (Greg) Ball, Bidwell, Ohio; and several nieces, nephews and extended family members.
Cremation services are under the direction of the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Wetherholt Chapel, Gallipolis with private services to be conducted at the convenience of the family.
