Sandra Kay Cordell

Sandra Kay Cordell, 63, Gallipolis, Ohio passed away Thursday, May 7, 2020 in the Ohio State University Wexner Center, Columbus, Ohio. The daughter of the late Pearl and Lillian (Minnis) Cordell, she was born September 5, 1956 in Bidwell, Ohio.

Sandra is survived by her daughters: Robin R. Qualls and Rita (Mark) Foreman, both of Bidwell, Ohio; grandchildren: Robbie Cordell, Bidwell, Ohio; Tredeah Qualls, Huntington, West Virginia; John Qualls, Portsmouth, Ohio; Markita Foreman, Markus Foreman and Marlana Foreman, all of Bidwell, Ohio and great-grandchildren: Trevon, William David and Christopher. Also surviving are brother, Herbert (Angie) Cordell, Gallipolis, Ohio and sisters: Cleo (Otis) Grant, Columbus, Ohio and Pearlie Cordell, Flint, Michigan as well as a special friend, Timothy Bennett, Gallipolis, Ohio.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by daughters, Anita Cordell and Christina Cordell; brothers, James Miller, Ronald Cordell and Charles Cordell and a sister, Marsha Cordell.

Due to COVID-10 and the CDC recommendations, no services will be held. Cremation services are under the direction of the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Wetherholt Chapel, Gallipolis, Ohio, who is honored to serve the Cordell Family.
