Shane Michael Martin

Shane "B-Bear" Martin, 26, Langsville, Ohio passed away unexpectedly Monday, December 27, 2021 in Ohio State University Medical Center, Columbus, Ohio due to respiratory complications. He was born January 16, 1995 in Columbus, Ohio, son of the late Stephen L. and Sharon K. (Heise) Martin.

The "baby" of four brothers, he lived most of his life in Circleville, Ohio, from where he graduated high school before moving to Langsville with his brother and sister-in-law, Skyler and Patricia Martin.

Shane had a kind spirit and he loved to read. He enjoyed playing Fortnite with his family and watching wrestling. He loved animals and being outside.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are Stephen Martin, Jr., Circleville, Ohio; Shawn Martin, Belmont, Ohio and Skyler (Patricia) Martin, Langsville, Ohio as well as his "second mom and dad", Tina and Brian Halfhill; uncles, Darrin and Dwight Heise; nieces and nephews: Sage, Francis, Bryson, Brenden, Parker and Kai Martin and his aunts, uncles and cousins.

A big "teddy bear", Shane loved everyone he met and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Memorial services will be conducted 12:00 PM Tuesday, January 25, 2022 in the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Vinton Chapel, with Jamie Gruber officiating. A Gathering of Friends will be held 11:00 AM to the service time Tuesday.
