Sylvia Jean (Davis) Mccoy

Sylvia Jean McCoy, 52, Gallipolis, passed away Friday, July 13, 2007 at Holzer Medical Center. She was born on May 25, 1955 in Cow Creek, Logan County, West Virginia to the late Alvis H. and Margaret Levana Adkins Davis.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Roger Dale Davis and James Nevada Ray Davis and a sister, Mary Jane Davis.
Surviving is her life companion, Elmer "Bo" Collins, Gallipolis; daughter, Patricia L. Snider, Gallipolis; five grandchildren; a sister, Delilah Waters, Bidwell; two brothers, Alvis Davis, Missouri and Clarence Davis, Liberty, West Virginia; two half brothers, Nevada Albert Davis and Jonathan Ray Davis, both of Logan, West Virginia.
A Memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM Thursday, July 19, 2007 at the First Church of the Nazarene, Gallipolis with Pastor Kevin Plantz and Pastor Ruth Ann Fellure officiating.
