Sylvia Annabelle (Winston) Logan

Sylvia Annabelle Logan, 68, Gallipolis passed away in Holzer Medical Center, Gallipolis, Saturday, April 23, 2005. She was born June 23, 1936 in Gallia County, Ohio, daughter of Carrie Miller Winston, Vinton, Ohio, and the late Edwin K. Winston.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by four children: Sterling Logan, Miami, Florida; Fred Logan, Columbus, Ohio; Victoria Logan, Columbus, Ohio and Anthony Logan, Gallipolis; eleven grandchildren: Christopher, Elijah, Tonia, Anthony, Shaylin, Torell, Brena, Ebony, and Quentin Logan; Curtis Lightfoot Jr., Yusuf Conteh Jr. and Akira Morris; three brothers and three sisters: Paul Winston, Vinton, Ohio; Larry (Sue) Winston, Vinton; Stacey (Gigi) Winston, Macon, Georgia; Carolyn Winston, Englewood, California; Freda Lawson, Gallipolis and Brenda (Robert) Cannady Sr., Gallipolis.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a grandson, Freddie Gene Logan Jr.; three brothers and two sisters: Marion Leo, Edwin L., Virgil and Virgie Mae Winston and Amanda Patterson.
Sylvia was a member of the Bethel Missionary Baptist Church, Vinton, where Memorial services will be held 2:00 PM Thursday, April 28, 2005 with Rev. Calvin Minnis officiating. Private Graveside services will be held in the Morgan Bethel Cemetery at the convenience of the Family. Pallbearers will be James Griffin, Edward Griffin, John Patterson, Dwayne Lawson, Glendon Vinson, and Ryan Williams. Honorary pallbearers will be Eric Winston and Robert Cannady Jr.
