Tammy Maria (Potts) Cook

Tammy Maria Cook, 52, Bidwell, Ohio passed away Friday, April 5, 2013 in Holzer Medical Center, Gallipolis. Born June 18, 1960 in Dayton, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Shirlie Potts Jr. and Helen (Joe) Patterson, Gallipolis. She was a 1978 North Gallia High School Graduate, and a mother and homemaker.
In addition to her mother and step-father, she is survived by her husband, Tom; daughters: Brandie (Jeremy) Williams, Rodney, Ohio; Oma Mary Cook, Columbus; and Brittanie Nicole Cook, Gallipolis; grandchildren: Wade, Ethan, Reba and Justin Williams; brothers: Mirchell (Connie) Potts, South Carolina; Russell (Angel) Potts, Patriot, Ohio; sister, Donna Westfall and sister-in-law, Bebbie Potts, Nitro, West Virginia.
Tammy was preceded in death by her father and a brother, Michael Potts.
Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 PM Tuesday, April 9, 2013 in the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Vinton Chapel. Burial will follow in the Cook Family Cemetery, Bidwell, Ohio. Friends and family may call at the funeral home Tuesday at Noon until the time of service.
