Terry Dale Ashburn

Terry Dale Ashburn, 32, Vinton passed away Saturday, February 11, 2006 at his residence. He was a construction worker and a 1993 Graduate of Meigs County High School, where he was a member of the F.F.A.

Terry was born December 13, 1973 in Pt. Pleasant, West Virginia, son of Larry Dale Ashburn and Betty Sue Corbitt Ashburn, Vinton, Ohio. He is survived by his wife, Terry Suzette Malone Ashburn, whom he married March 13, 1998 at Addison, Ohio. Terry survives with two sons, Levi Joseph Ashburn and Dale Austin Ashburn, both at home.

In addition he is survived by twin brother, Larry (Cathy) Ashburn, Vinton, Ohio; brothers: Brady (Rebecca) Ashburn, Langsville, Ohio and William (Monica) Ashburn, Vinton, Ohio; sister, Katrina (Mike) McGhee, Langsville, Ohio; grandmothers: Icy Ashburn, Langsville, Ohio and Alma Corbitt, Brunswick, Georgia; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Barbara (Darren) Buck, Vinton, Ohio and Arlie (Sandra) Malone, Spencer, West Virginia; brothers and sisters-in-law: Andy, Arlie Jr. (Melissa), Roman, Jessie, Dessie, Barbara (Richard), and Samantha (Chris); and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents Lloyd Ashburn, Isome Corbitt, and Jeanette Lavens Corbitt.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Thursday, February 16, 2006 in the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Vinton. Burial will be in the Vinton Memorial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home Wednesday 5:00-8:00 PM.
