Theodore "Teddy Bear" Garner, Jr., 98, Gallipolis, Ohio passed away peacefully Monday, May 22, 2023 in Gallipolis Developmental Center, Gallipolis, Ohio.
Teddy was born September 17, 1924 in Cleveland, Ohio, son of the late Theodore V. Garner, Sr. and Nellie Johnston Winn.
There will be no services. The McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Wetherholt Chapel, Gallipolis is honored to care for Teddy's final arrangements.
