Theora L. "Bobby" (Greenlee) Cottrell

Theora L. "Bobby" Cottrell, 98, Porter, Ohio passed away Christmas Eve in the Holzer Assisted Living Facility, Gallipolis. She was born October 14, 1912 in Lawrence County, Ohio, daughter of the late Fred William Greenlee and Ada Mae Massie Greenlee. She was a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church and Trinity United Methodist Women, Porter; the First Baptist Church of Merritt Island, Merritt Island, Florida and a former member of the Gideon Auxiliary.

Bobby married Donald D. Cottrell October 16, 1937 and he preceded her in death October 23, 1974. Also preceding her were two sisters and three brothers: Nellie S. Saunders, Millie E. Mann Ernest, William and Fred Greenlee.

Surviving are two daughters: Donna (Benny) Broyles, Gallipolis, Ohio and Carole Ann (Jack) Adams, Bidwell, Ohio; six grandchildren: Belinda L. (Randy) Jones, Gallipolis; Nikki (Mark) Middlestadt, White Marsh, Maryland; Christopher L. Broyles, Joppa, Maryland; Jodi (Danny) Sickels, Gallipolis; Tandra Adams, Columbus, Ohio; and Aaron (Katie) Adams, Lexington, Kentucky; five great-grandchildren: Hannah, Grace and Ryan Middlestadt and Cassidy and Adam Sickels.

Private Graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family with Rev. Pat King officiating under the direction of the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Vinton, Ohio.
