Timothy Eric Wilkins

Timothy Eric Wilkins, 29, Columbus, Ohio (formerly of Rio Grande, Ohio) passed away unexpectedly Saturday, December 10, 2005, in Columbus. An avid fisherman and OSU Buckeye fan, he was a 1995 graduate of Gallia Academy High School and had attended Frederick Community College, Frederick, Maryland. He was an employee of The Target Company of Columbus.
Tim was born October 26, 1976, in Gallipolis, Ohio, son of Roy Wilkins, Rio Grande, and Beverly Long, Rocky Ridge, Maryland. In addition to his parents and step-parents, Roy and Doris Wilkins and Beverly and Ricky Long, he is survived by two brothers: Douglas (Becky) Wilkins, Dublin, Ohio and Jonathan (Kelly) Wilkins, Newark, Ohio; Nephew and Niece, Joshua and Katie Wilkins, Newark; step-brothers and step-sister, Steve (Elise) Runyon, Lewis Center, Ohio; Jason (Jessica) Long, Prince Frederick, Maryland and Christi Long, Thurmont, Maryland.
Tim was preceded in death by his Paternal Grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Emmett Wilkins and Maternal Grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Fred C. Dietz
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, 11:00 AM in the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, 208 Main St. Vinton with Rev. Sherron Courneen officiating. Burial will be in the Tyn Rhos Cemetery near Rio Grande. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday, 2:00-4:00 PM and 6:00-8:00 PM.
