Verna (Brewer) Workman

Verna Workman, 81, Vinton, Ohio passed away in Holzer Senior Care Friday, June 2, 2017. She was a retired press operator and attended the Willow Valley Baptist Church near Vinton, Ohio.
Verna was born February 18, 1936 in Kermit, West Virginia, daughter of the late Noah and Patty (Vance) Brewer. She was preceded in death by her husband, Luther Workman, December 23, 1982 and a half-brother and half-sister, John Brewer and Mable Brewer.
Surviving are her son, Wayne (Paula) Workman and a grandson, Wayne Luther Workman II, both of Vinton; brother, John Browning, Morgantown, West Virginia and sister, Rosa Brewer.
Graveside services will be held 2:30 PM Monday, June 5, 2017 in Brush Cemetery near Vinton with Rev. Heath Jenkins officiating. Friends and family may call at the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Vinton Chapel, Monday 12:00 Noon to 2:00 PM.
