Vicki Langford White, 42, Eastview, Kentucky, passed away unexpectedly of natural causes on April 27, 2004 in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. She was born August 9, 1961 in Omaha, Nebraska, daughter of Joan Kemper, Gallipolis and Carl (Carol) Langford, Gallipolis, Ohio.

Vicki attended London High School, London, Ohio for her freshman and sophomore year. She graduated from North Gallia High School and Buckeye Hills Career Center in 1979. She was currently employed by the Helmwood Nursing Home of Elizabethtown, where she will be sadly missed by the residents and her co-workers.

She is survived by three children: BJ Gay, Jessica Gay, and Shayne Gay; one grandson, Ethan Mean; sister, Shawna Langford and her daughters, Danielle Price and Sabrina Pope, Plain City, Ohio; brother, Rory (Daleanna) Langford and children, Seth and Holly, Bidwell, Ohio; step-sisters: Major Elizabeth (John) Fetherston, Major Amy McCain, and Julia McCain; stepbrother, Tim McCain and fiancé and very special friend, Jim Gibson, Eastview, Kentucky; and special friends, John L. Jones and Greg Regoli.

She was preceded in death by her Maternal grandparents, Pearl and Mary Gooldin Kemper and Paternal grandparents, Verbie and Velma Fralish Langford.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM, Friday, April 30, 2004 in the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Vinton Chapel, 208 Main St, Vinton, Ohio. Burial will follow in Vinton Memorial Park. Friends may call the funeral home Thursday, April 29, 2004 from 6:00-8:00 PM.
