Born in Pennsylvania on June 15, 1929, to William Daniel and Ethel (Coddington) Fullen. At the age of twelve her father died, and her mother moved the family to a small farm outside of Vinton, Ohio. She was a 1947 graduate of Vinton High School.
A week after graduation, Ginger married the love of her life, William Gray Quickle and together they built their home on State Route 160 in Vinton, Ohio.
She briefly worked at the Gallipolis Department Store and the Gallia County Courthouse until 1954 when they were blessed with their daughter, Sheri Lynette Quickle and later in life, grandsons, William Kevin (Cerissa) Wray of Waynesboro, Virginia and Brian Eugene Angell of Vinton, Ohio.
She loved working outside in her yard where dandelions and weeds dare not grow!

Those left behind are daughter, grandsons and sister-in-law, Trudy D. Fullen, along with many nieces and nephews and their extended families.
We would like to give a sincere Thank You to Holzer Hospital Hospice. Without these special ladies professional help and their extreme kindness, we would not have been able to care for her in her home.
