Vivian I. (Irion) Richards
March 2, 1914 — January 25, 2005
Vivian I. Richards, 90, Gallipolis, passed away Tuesday January 25, 2005, at Holzer Senior Care, Gallipolis. She was a very active member of First Baptist Church, Gallipolis. Born March 2, 1914 she was daughter of the late Floyd W. and Pearl North Irion.
She is survived by a niece, Barbara (Kenneth) Morgan, Gallipolis; seven great-nieces and nephews: John (Connie) Morgan, Westerville, Ohio; R. Tom (Tammy) Morgan, Edmond, Oklahome; Jane E. Morgan, Lewisville, Texas; Toni (Bob) Sprinkle, Dayton, Ohio; James (Gail) Miller, Columbus, Ohio; Marty (Wendy) Miller, Atlanta, Georgia and Robert (Patty) Miller, Sarasota, Florida.
She was preceded by six brothers and sisters and niece, Helene Miller.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, January 29, 2005 at McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Wetherholt Chapel, 420 First Ave, Gallipolis, with Rev. Archie Conn officiating. Burial will follow at Mound Hill Cemetery, Gallipolis. Friends may call at the funeral home Saturday from 12:00-2:00 PM. Pallbearers will be John Morgan, R. Tom Morgan, Chuck Russell, Jim Miller, Bob Sprinkle and Jason Biddlestone. Honorary pallbearer will be Ison C. Walker.
