Wanda Sue (Harris) Moore
November 6, 1939 — June 28, 2005
Wanda Sue Moore, 65, Columbus, passed away June 28, 2005 at Mt. Carmel West Hospital, Columbus, Ohio. Born November 6, 1939 at Melvin, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late Isadore and Sarah Howell Harris. Wanda was a retired factory worker at Harris Paper-Craft, Columbus, Ohio with over 20 years of service. She was also a fully active member of the Full Gospel Jesus Saves Church of Jackson, Ohio.
Wanda is survived by her husband, Ellis G. Moore, Columbus and five sons: Joseph Lee (Darlene) Varney, Portsmouth, Ohio; Danny Earl Varney, Portsmouth; Dennis Eugene (Wilma) Varney, Piketon, Ohio; Kevin William Moore, Florida and
Bobby Lee Moore, Ewington, Ohio; daughter, Carolyn (Pat) Igo, Columbus, Ohio; nine grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and four brothers and five sisters.
She was preceded in death by one brother and one sister.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Friday, July 1, 2005 at the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Vinton Chapel, 208 Main St, Vinton with Pastor Charles Isaac officiating. Burial will follow in Harris Cemetery, Vinton. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday from 6:00-8:00 PM.
