Wash Kinney Cavins

Wash Kinney Cavins, 65, Bidwell, Ohio passed away in Riverside Methodist Hospital Monday, June 13, 2005. He was born August 30, 1939 in Pike County, Kentucky, son of the late Delbert Tackett and Velvie May Cavins Abshire. He married Sarah Hunt March 29, 1958 in Clintonwood, West Virginia and she preceded him in death in 1998.
He is survived by a son, James Lee (Dorothy) Cavins, Bidwell, Ohio; a daughter, Barbara Ellen (Russ) Moore, Columbus, Ohio; two grandchildren, Jamey and Tiffany and several step-brothers and sisters; and special friend, Dorothy Green, Pomeroy, Ohio.
Kinney was a member of the Garden of My Heart Holy Tabernacle Church, Bidwell.
Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM Friday in the Harvest Time Worship Center Church with Rev. David Marcum officiating. Burial will follow in the Hunt Family Cemetery near Bidwell. Friends may call at the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Vinton Thursday 7:00-9:00 PM.
