Wayne Keith Mullins

Wayne Keith Mullins, 50, Gallipolis, Ohio passed away suddenly Saturday, April 4, 2015 at Holzer Hospital, Jackson, Ohio. He was born August 21, 1964 in Wayne County, Michigan, the son of the late John V. Mullins and Rella Dean Mullins Tackett, who survives.
He is also survived by his fiancee, Toni Novak, Gallipolis, Ohio; son, Richard Keith "Bubby" Mullins, Chillicothe, Ohio; daughter, Christian Mullins, Gallipolis, Ohio; two grandchildren: Karlee Mullins and Halie Mullins; brothers, David C. Mullins, Hilliard, Ohio; John V. Mullins Jr., Jackson, Ohio and Ronald (Jennifer) Mullins, Wilkesville, Ohio and sister, Saundra K. (Rick) Bircheat, Locust Fork, Alabama and step-father, Frank Tackett.
In addition to his father, John was preceded in death by a brother, Gary L. Mullins and sister, Belinda S. (Mullins) Gilpin.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM Thursday, April 9, 2015 at the Little Pearl Old Regular Baptist Church, Vinton, Ohio with Elders Johnny Thornsberry and Kenny Newsome officiating. Burial will follow in Vinton Memorial Park, Vinton, Ohio. Friends may call Wednesday at The McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Vinton Chapel, 5:00-7:00 PM.
