William "Billy" E. Mullins, Jr., 38, Gallipolis, Ohio passed away Saturday, September 22, 2012. Born August 16, 1974 at Gallipolis, he was the son of Brenda Mayse and the late William Eugene Mullins, Sr.
Billy is also survived by his wife, Paulette Beaver Mullins and children: Heaven Mullins, Paris Mullins and Angil Mullins; William Mullins III and Levi Mullins; step children: Hunter Collins, Alisha Collins, Debbie Collins, Katie Collins and Elizabeth Dillard, all of Gallipolis; sisters, Jennifer Mullins and Belinda Mullins, both of Waverly, West Virginia and Regina Mullins, Huntington, West Virginia; maternal grandmother, Alma Mayse, Gallipolis; father-in-law, Jackie E. Beaver, Gallipolis and sister-in-law, Jackie Bosworth, Gallipolis.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by mother-in-law, Leota Beaver.
Graveside services will be conducted 12:00 Noon Thursday, September 27, 2012 in the Centenary Cemetery, SR 141, Gallipolis. At the request of the family, there will be no viewing.
