Zachary Ryan Bokal

Zachary Ryan Bokal, 22, Athens, Ohio passed away Sunday, October 3, 2021 in Athens. He was born September 29, 1999 in Knoxville, Tennessee, son of Jeffrey and Amy (Scudder) Bokal, Vonore, Tennessee.

A current student at Ohio University in Athens, Zach worked as a STNA at Kimes Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Athens and he was the Valedictorian of the 2018 Gallia Academy High School Graduating Class.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by a brother, Andrew Bokal, Columbus, Ohio and sister, Kayla Bokal, Vonore, Tennessee; maternal grandmother, Linda Scudder, Peoria, Illinois and paternal grandparents, Patricia and Anton Bokal III, Vonore, Tennessee, as well as a host of friends.

Zach was preceded in death by maternal grandfather, Franklin Scudder.

Memorial services will be announced by the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Wetherholt Chapel, Gallipolis, Ohio at a later date, who is honored to serve the Bokal Family.
