Obituary
Annabelle Stanley, 90, Bidwell, Ohio passed away Friday, February 17, 2023 in Holzer Medical Center, Gallipolis, Ohio. The daughter of the late Merrill “Curly” and Virginia (Burnett) Kemper, she was born April 13, 1932 in Gallia County, Ohio. She married Worthy “Junior” Stanley, January 3, 1952 and he preceded her in death, April 17, 2000. Annabelle was a 1950 graduate of Bidwell-Porter High School and a member of Trinity United Methodist Church, Porter, Ohio.
Annabelle is survived by their children: Diana (Reid) Johnson, Bidwell, Ohio; Cathy Stanley, Gallipolis, Ohio and Chris Stanley, Bidwell, Ohio; grandchildren: Jennifer (Brad) Kemper, Nate (Erica) Stanley, Lyndsai (Bobby) McClaskey, Adam (Sonja) Johnson and Griffin Stanley as well as six great-grandchildren and a twin sister, Isabelle Swain, Bidwell, Ohio.
In addition to her parents and husband, Annabelle was preceded in death by granddaughter, Carson Stanley and sister, Frances “Skeeix” Cray.
Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 PM Tuesday, February 21, 2023 in the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Vinton, Ohio with Pastors Dan Lamphier and Jack Berry officiating. Burial will follow in Vinton Memorial Park. Family and Friends may call at the funeral home Tuesday, 11:00 AM until time of service.
