Betsy S. Clark

Betsy S. Clark, 55, Bidwell, Ohio passed away suddenly Monday, November 15, 2021. She was born February 2, 1966 in Bidwell, daughter of the late Nelson Howell and Stella Marie Clark. A 1985 Graduate of North Gallia High School, she attended the Jehovah Witness Kingdom Hall, Gallipolis, Ohio.

She leaves behind her children: Staci (William) Reed, Bidwell, Ohio and Trenton (Joanna) Clark, Gallipolis, Ohio; grandchildren: Deawntae, Ty’Shawn, Me’Asia, Harmoni, Dayzon, Kiomii, Riley, Amirah, Ladamien and Landen. Also surviving are brothers: Oscar (Brenda) Clark, Columbus, Ohio; Arthur (Paula) Clark, Bingham Farms, Michigan; Kenneth Clark, Columbus, Ohio; Scott (Sharon) Howell, Bidwell, Ohio; David Howell, Oak Hill, Ohio and Ralph Howell, Columbus, Ohio; sisters: Brenda (Abraham) King, Columbus, Ohio; Connie Borden, Bidwell, Ohio and Kathy Howell, Columbus, Ohio; sister-in-law, Sylvia “Oodles” (Freelin) Wright, Vinton, Ohio; special friends: Venita Miller, Marsha Cooper, Teresa Combs and Robin Merrill, all of Bidwell, Ohio; special baby to heart, Karter as well as a host of extended family members and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a grandson, Makilex; brothers, James “Bear” Clark and Harold Howell; sisters, Sharon Lynn Howell, Fern Howell and Sherry Howell and a special niece, Amber Calloway.

Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, November 23, 2021 at 12:00 Noon in the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Vinton Chapel, with Rev. Calvin Minnis officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery, Bidwell, Ohio. Family and Friends may call at the funeral home Tuesday 11:00 AM to the Noon service hour.
